The school day begins at 8.40am with a phased entry until 8.50am.  

Children are expected to enter the building during this time in an orderly manner to commence early morning activities.

Children should not arrive in school no later than 8.50 a.m.

The morning session is from 8.50 a.m. – 12 noon (12.05 p.m. KS2). Playtime is at 10.50 a.m. and children may have fruit or vegetables at playtime. Sweets and chocolates are not permitted at playtime as we try to encourage healthy eating. Early Years Foundation Stage and KS1 pupils are provided with a piece of fruit under the Government scheme. Under 5’s receive free milk each day and other pupils are able to register for subsidised milk.

The afternoon session is from 1.00 p.m. until 3.15 p.m.
