Uniform
St. Mary’s School pupils have a school uniform which they are proud to wear. The uniform shows that children belong to our school and that they are ambassadors for St. Mary’s when they wear it outside our school.
School colours are royal blue and grey with a yellow school logo.
Summer uniforms may be worn from the beginning of the summer term (after Easter) until the end of Autumn 1 (October half term).
Girls should wear…
- School branded royal blue cardigan or sweatshirt (available in school)
- School branded royal blue polo shirt (available in school)
- Grey skirt or trousers (blue checked dresses in summer)
- Grey tights or black, white or grey socks
- Black shoes
Boys should wear…
- School branded royal blue sweatshirt (available in school)
- School branded royal blue polo shirt (available in school)
- Grey trousers (shorts in summer)

P.E.
Children should wear black shorts and a school branded blue t-shirt (available in school). For winter outdoor P.E. and games lessons, blue school tracksuits are more appropriate. A change of footwear (eg. trainers) for outdoor games lessons is required.
Jewellery and Hair Accessories
No jewellery should be worn by pupils in school with the exception of a watch or small stud earrings in pierced ears. Earrings and watches must be removed for P.E. and swimming lessons. Elaborate hair ornaments must not be worn; but hair bands, clips etc, should be in keeping with the school uniform.
